Hyperliquid Withdrawal Not Arrived? The Docs’ Checklist
Steps verified against Hyperliquid's official support docs on 2026-09-15. Fees and chains for normal withdrawals are on the deposits and withdrawals page.
The docs give no fixed withdrawal time; they say to "wait for the duration estimate stated in the Withdrawal modal" and that if it takes longer "there is likely congestion on the networks". Before waiting, though, the support page wants you to rule out the mistake that accounts for most "missing" withdrawals: using Send.
Find the action in Portfolio
"Go to the Portfolio page and check the Deposits & Withdrawals table." Read the Action column for the entry: it will say "Send Spot", "Send USDC (Perps Wallet)", or "Withdrawal".
If it says Send, the funds never left Hyperliquid
"Send is only to send funds to another account on the Hyperliquid blockchain" — "it is not to withdraw to another blockchain". If you sent to an address you control, connect that wallet to Hyperliquid and the funds are there. If you sent to an exchange deposit address, "only the CEX address can access the funds you sent. You'll have to wait for the CEX to integrate the Hyperliquid blockchain to coordinate retrieving the funds with them." The app shows "an explicit warning message reminding users not to use Send to withdraw to a CEX".
If it says Withdrawal, read the status
Pending: wait out the modal's estimate; congestion extends it but "the withdrawal will be processed". Completed: "click the explorer link next to the timestamp to check the destination address that received your withdrawal" — the funds are on the destination chain, which for USDC means Arbitrum unless you chose otherwise. Failed: for BTC, ETH and SOL rails the docs say "you can try to contact the Unit team", "an independent team" that "manages BTC, ETH, and SOL deposits and withdrawals", via their support channel.
If the withdrawal keeps coming back
"If you're trying to withdraw using a wallet that's connected to a Telegram bot, note that most of the Telegram bots are configured to automatically deposit any balance." The docs' workaround: Send USDC to another address of yours on Hyperliquid and withdraw from there, or ask the bot's support.
Phantom wallet: two known cases
"You need 1 USDC for withdrawals and cannot deposit USDC via Phantom wallet, since Phantom does not support Arbitrum." Option 1: sell some SOL or another Solana-rail asset on spot for USDC ("minimum transaction amount is $10"). Option 2: export Phantom's Ethereum private key into a wallet that supports Arbitrum, such as Rabby, and deposit USDC on Arbitrum ("minimum deposit is $5"). And if you "withdrew USDC over Arbitrum to your Phantom wallet but cannot find it": "your funds are not lost, they are on the Arbitrum network" — import the same key into an Arbitrum-capable wallet to see them.
FAQ
How long should an Arbitrum USDC withdrawal take?
The docs do not publish a number; the estimate is shown in the Withdrawal modal at the time, and network congestion can extend it. This site does not guess.
Why can't I withdraw a small balance?
The Phantom FAQ states "you need 1 USDC for withdrawals"; the withdrawal fee itself is covered on the deposits and withdrawals page.
Who is Unit?
The independent team behind the Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and other non-USDC deposit and withdrawal rails. For failed transfers on those rails the docs point to Unit's support rather than Hyperliquid's.
