Who we are

What data we collect

• Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): page views, referrer, device type, browser, approximate geo-location (country/region), and interaction events (e.g. clicks on referral links). Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode: until you accept analytics in the consent banner, no analytics cookies are set and only cookieless, aggregated consent-mode pings are sent. Full analytics cookies load only after you accept.
• Email correspondence: when you contact us at [email protected], we retain the email for as long as necessary to respond and resolve the matter.
• We do not operate user accounts, run newsletters, or collect names, phone numbers, or payment data.

Legal basis (GDPR)

• Analytics: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, managed via the consent banner.
• Email correspondence: legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookie consent management

On your first visit a consent banner asks you to Accept analytics or Decline. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage as perpdexguide-consent and applies only to the device and browser you made the choice on.

• If you accept: Google Analytics 4 sets its cookies (_ga, _ga_SKW168HBH6 — see Google's policy for retention).
• If you decline: no analytics cookies are set; GA4 stays in cookieless consent-denied mode. The banner does not reappear until you clear local storage.

To withdraw or change your choice: delete the perpdexguide-consent entry from local storage (browser developer tools → Application → Local Storage → perpdexguide.com) and reload — the banner will reappear.

Referral links

Outbound links to trading venues may be referral links. When you follow one, the destination site may set its own cookies and attribute your signup to us — see the venue's own privacy policy. Details in our affiliate disclosure.

Third parties

• The trading venues we link to (e.g. Hyperliquid, Aster, dYdX, GMX, Lighter) — each sets its own cookies on their domains after you click through.
