Who we are

What data we collect
- Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): page views, referrer, device type, browser, approximate geo-location (country/region), and interaction events (e.g. clicks on referral links) — only if you accept analytics in the consent banner. Until you accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all: nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are set.
- Email correspondence: when you contact us at [email protected], we retain the email for as long as necessary to respond and resolve the matter.
- We do not operate user accounts, run newsletters, or collect names, phone numbers, or payment data.
Legal basis (GDPR)
- Analytics: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, managed via the consent banner.
- Email correspondence: legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookie consent management
On your first visit a consent banner asks you to Accept analytics or
Decline analytics. Both are one click, side by side, in the same style.
Nothing is loaded from Google before you choose. Your choice is stored in
your browser's local storage as perpdexguide-consent and applies only to the
device and browser you made the choice on.
- If you accept: the Google Analytics 4 script loads and sets the two cookies listed below.
- If you decline: the Google Analytics script is never loaded, nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are set. The banner does not reappear unless you open Cookie settings or clear local storage.
To withdraw or change your choice at any time: use the
Cookie settings button in the footer of every page. It re-opens the banner;
choosing Decline stops Google Analytics from sending anything further, deletes the
_ga cookies already set, and the script is not loaded on later pages.

Retention periods for the Google Analytics cookies are Google's defaults as documented in Google Analytics cookie usage on websites. Browsers may delete them sooner if you do not return (Google notes a maximum of 400 days in Chrome and 7 days in Safari).
Referral links
Outbound links to trading venues may be referral links. When you follow one, the destination site may set its own cookies and attribute your signup to us — see the venue's own privacy policy. Details in our affiliate disclosure.

- The trading venues we link to (e.g. Hyperliquid, Aster, dYdX, GMX, Lighter) — each sets its own cookies on their domains after you click through.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
