Hyperliquid open interest, live
Open interest is the total size of all outstanding positions in a market — every open long matched by an open short. The table shows it as USD notional, computed in your browser as contracts × current mark price from Hyperliquid's public API. High open interest means a lot of capital is positioned in that market; sharp changes in it often accompany major moves, as positions are forced open or closed. Sorted by open interest by default.

Data comes directly from Hyperliquid's public API, fetched in your browser when this page loads — we don't store or modify it. Open interest is shown as USD notional (contracts × mark price); funding APR is the current hourly rate annualized (×24×365), not a prediction. Positive funding: longs pay shorts. Not investment advice.
Reading this table
Open interest is context, not a signal by itself: rising OI with rising price suggests new longs entering; rising OI with falling price suggests new shorts. Pair it with the funding rates table to see which side is paying to hold, and with 24h volume to separate active markets from parked positioning. The mechanics behind these positions are covered in our perpetuals explainer.
